Which of your data do we process? And for what purposes?
If we have received data from you, we will generally process it only for the purposes for which we received or collected it.

How long will the data be stored?
We process the data as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose.
If statutory retention obligations exist – e.g., under commercial or tax law – the relevant personal data will be stored for the duration of the retention period. After the retention period has expired, we will check whether further processing is necessary. If it is no longer necessary, the data will be deleted.
As a rule, we review data at the end of each calendar year to assess the necessity of continued processing. Due to the volume of data, this review is conducted with regard to specific data types or processing purposes.
Of course, you can request information at any time (see below) about the personal data stored about you and, if processing is not required, request deletion or restriction of processing.
To whom is the data disclosed?
Your personal data will generally only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the contract with you, if disclosure is permissible based on a balancing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, if we are legally obliged to disclose it, or if you have given your consent.
Where is the data processed?
Your personal data is processed exclusively in data centers located in Germany.
Your rights as a “data subject”
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we process about you.
For requests for information that are not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may require proof that you are the person you claim to be.
Furthermore, you have the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as permitted by law.
You also have the right to object to processing within the framework of legal requirements. The right to data portability also applies within the scope of data protection law.
In particular, you have a right to object under Art. 21 (1) and (2) GDPR to the processing of your data in connection with direct advertising if this is based on a balancing of interests.
